Specialized media, manufacturers and creators of video games agree that 2016 will be the year of virtual reality for video games .
For a few months, companies such as Sony, HTC or Oculus VR have announced the release dates of the viewfinders that will immerse players in very realistic worlds where they can walk, interact with other characters, shoot or drive at full speed.
It is also one of the most discussed topics at videogame fairs and congresses, such as Gamelab 2015 , TLP Tenerife and the Gamescom in Cologne (Germany), which is being held this week.

What is virtual reality?
Virtual reality (VR) is the feeling of being immersed in an environment with real-looking objects or scenes . The user can immerse themselves in realistic, computer-generated 3D images, through technology such as virtual reality viewers, an experience that can then be enriched with other devices such as wireless clothing or gloves with sensors .

To get an idea of the experience, when you put on a VR viewer with a video game you immediately place yourself in the middle of the scene . You do not play watching a screen, but it is as if you were in it, within the game.
